June – August service

Hot Summer Well Check

Summer is peak demand season for your irrigation system. A mid-season well and pump check ensures your water source can keep up — catching minor problems before they become costly system failures on the hottest days of the year.

Don't wait for a breakdown
Emergency pump repairs in peak summer heat are stressful and expensive. A proactive well check costs far less than an emergency service call during a drought.
Protect your lawn investment
A failing pump during the hottest weeks can cause irreversible lawn damage. We check your system while there's still time to act.

What our well check covers

Pump performance test

We measure flow rate and pressure output to verify your pump is performing to specification under current seasonal demand. Any drop in performance is flagged early.

Pressure inspection

System pressure is verified across all zones. Pressure that's too low leads to dry spots; too high can damage heads and pipes. We ensure it's balanced throughout your system.

Zone coverage review

We run each zone and inspect head coverage, identifying any dry spots, obstructions from plant growth, or heads that need adjustment after the spring season.

Electrical connection check

Pump electrical connections, control wiring, and pressure switches are inspected for wear, corrosion, and proper operation. Loose connections are tightened and documented.

Temperature & run-time review

We review your controller programming relative to current weather and heat conditions, ensuring run times are appropriate for summer watering without wasting water.

Written service report

After the check is complete, we provide a written summary of findings, any repairs made, and recommendations to keep your system running strong through the rest of summer and into fall.
